Me :"I can't .. my mom has been through enough already she's actually starting to be okai better than gabil and the last thing she needs is this"

Me :"I can't if I tell anyone dad will go to prison .. and if I tell mom mshakil ra7 t9eer w t'hadeed w more"

I sighed

Me :"yea?"

a7mad :"you know ... ur the strongest person I know actually the strongest person I ever knew .. mashallah"

a7mad :"when is ur dad going back to lebanon ?"

Me :"madri wallah, maybe he won't leave"

a7mad :"its not manool! maybe u were right all u need right now is a friend by ur side .. and I'll be there for u Just like I always did I'm not gonna push u anymore or tell u I wanna be more than friends ur too important than how I feel"

I looked at him staring at his eyes.

I hugged him.

we kept on hugging eachother staring at the sea we were silent enyoing the view.

"I love him so much so much more than I thought I did"

we stared at eachother smiling not saying a word but our eyes had thousands of words I could tell from his eyes how he felt and what he wanna say..

Me :"yea?"

A7mad :"I have some news to tell you"

Me :"tell me?"

A7mad smiled and said :"I got back to Squash yesturday.."

Me :"Really??"

A7mad :"yea Radait elnadi and my coach took me back and I'm back on the team I just need alot of practice cause I haven't practiced in years .."

Me :"oh my gosh I'm so happy for you" i hugged him.

A7mad hugged me back

A7mad :"Thaank you manal if it wasn't for you chan ma radait a9lan ..."

He smiled then stopped smiling he leaned over closer to my face My heart started beating fast ... He came closer and kissed my forehead.

A7mad :"Thank you for everything .."

I smiled :"ur welcome.."

I heard my phone vibrate it was mom she wanted me to go home ..

I excused a7mad ..

A7mad :" see you tomorrow" he smiled

I smiled back :"see you too"

I left with Rajo heading home I felt better after I talked to a7mad.

When I arrived home I saw a text from a7mad.

A7mad :"Pull ur cheeks up without ur hands ................. Thats right amoot 3ala halsmile"

I did it then I laughed.

"I LOVE HIM!!!!"

I replied :"jerk xD"

"Awwwww he knows what I mean"

I sighed.

"he's amazing he truly knows how to make me smile and laugh"

I saw mom in the living room I went over and sat next to her ... Suddenly I had flashbacks about last night and what dad did ... I sat there silently ...

Mom :"manal!"

Me :"hala?"

Mom :"shtfakreen fee?"

Me :"oh umm nothing"

Mom :"oki"

Mom sat there thinking and so did I ... I wanted to tell mom some stuff and how I feel but It wouldn't make her happy and At the moment I didn't wanna do anything ales but make her happy.

Me :"I love you mom .."

Mom :"I love u too manal more than you could ever imagine"

She came closer and hugged me and I hugged her back, I felt like my eyes were tearing.

"Why am I tearing?"

She kept on hugging me and I just wanted to cry hard on her chest ashky laha about everything ... I just wanted to let it all out to my mom I held my tears and Backed away I smiled at my moms face while I desprety wanted to cry I acted oki in front of her so she won't ask whats wrong with me or what happened.

Mom :"I'm proud of you.."

Me :"me?"

Mom :"yea you helped me alot through all of this sanadteeny w sa3adteeny u were So strong manal wallah I'm so proud u so so proud of you .."

I smiled and my mom smiled back at me.

I felt good when my mom said that.

We stayed watched some tv laughing then I went upstairs to my room and changed my clothes I texted a7mad.

Me :"a7mad ?"

a7mad :"yea?"

Me :"I wish I can travel ..."

a7mad :"wain?"

Me :"abi aoor7 paris I always dreamt of seeing eiffel tower and going to Disneyland"

a7mad :"you love disneyland?"

Me :"duuh!!!! I adore it .."

a7mad :"t9adgeen me too xD bss ma gelt 7ag a7ad cause they'd make fun of me .."

Me :"who the hell makes fun of people who love disney??"

Me :"well I love disney and u shocked me saying u love it too .. wow looks like we have alot in commen<3"

a7mad :"oh .. well I went to amarican schools all my life .."

we contuined talking for 4 hours straight and ma malait mna wala mal mni <3

I eventually went to sleep woke up the next day with a bad headache I had no idea ..

I went to the bathroom to wash up when I heard my mom crying ... I went closer to her.

Me :"yumaa shfeech??"

Mom :"ahh .. " she cried more and hid her face

Me :"yuma goolay plz"

Mom :" ... ur Grandpa oboy twafa"

ma estaw3abt kilsh ..

Me :"what?"

mom cried again..

my Grandpa died? ... I wasn't close to him but I used to see him everyday and I couldn't believe it how and when and why.

I started tearing I saw my mom crying so hard my heart just hurted me so badly I hated seeing mom like that It killed me inside I hugged her and she cried on my chest while she was sitting her bed I tapped her head ..

Mom :"3a'9am allah ajrich yuma ... please don't cry"

I teard.

mom cried ..



"ahhhhhhh I can't do this"

Me :"mommy ... please please stop .." I cried.

Mom clamed down .. and backed away.

Mom :"ana asfa 7abeebti"

Me :"la tt2asfain ..."

I stayed with mom and calmed her down I skipped college that day ..

everyone started calling us y3azoona .. I just didn't know what to do I felt helpless.

a7mad's side :

I waited for manal to come  to miss sona's class but she didn't show after miss sona's class I went outside asking manal's friends if they saw her but no one did.

I sent a text to manal :"Manal wainich?"

she didn't reply .. I got worried.

I went home and waited for her reply I stayed there waiting for her text but still no reply.

"where is she what happened?"

Mana's side :

I went to my aunts home with my mom they gatherd making the preps for el3aza ..

I spent al day with them and helping them.

when I went home .. at night I checked my phone.

alot texts from a7mad ..

"wow .."

I replied :"hey .. I'm sorry"

a7mad instantly replied :"ENTAY WANICH??"

Me :" umm bel3aza"

a7mad :"shnooo???? 3aza mno?"

Me :"my grandpa .. allah yer7ma"

a7mad :"3a'6am allah ajrich manal .. are you okai?"

Me :"yea I'm fine I'm just worried about mom she's been crying non stop ..and I was with here all time thats why I didn't reply or checked my phone"

a7mad was impresed not angry or upset he was happy.

a7mad :"wow ... mashallah allah ythabtich ur an amazing daughter"

Me :"okai ..enshallah thank you"

to be honest I'm glad I was there with my mom and I'm glad a7mad was there for me, if I wasn't there for mom and a7mad wasn't there for me things would have turned out to the worst .. el7madallah.

after 3 days I started going to college I saw everyone y3azooni and ysalmoon I thanked everyone.

Then I saw him .. a7mad he came closer smiling.

Me :"hi"

a7mad :"college sucks without u"

I giggled.

Me :"true"

he laughed.

I laughed

I smiled and he smiled back.

I went walking with him ... we chatted.

a7mad :"I have something to tell you .."

a7mad smiled his dimple smiling acting shy.

a7mad :"I talked to my mom about you ..."

Me :"YOU WHAT?" I was surpried

a7mad laughed

a7mad :"I told her everything about you"

Me :"WHAT??? ARE U CRAZY??"
